Any return of products is done only after telephone consultation or sending an e-mail to info@to-koumpi.gr.
It is not possible to return products that have been cut to measure such as fabrics, tresses, rails, etc.
As a customer you reserve the right of withdrawal, according to which you have at your disposal a period of 14 calendar days to return the product you purchased, for whatever reason, even unnecessarily, and request a replacement or refund.The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the date of receipt of the products.
However, if the end of the withdrawal period coincides with a holiday, the deadline is extended until the next working day.
If you choose a refund, you will be credited with the money of your order, ie the cost of the products, the shipping costs you paid when you made your purchase and the cash on delivery costs,
if you choose cash on delivery, but you will be charged a refund products.
If you choose to return the product, or exchange it with another product of equal or greater value, the shipping cost is doubled, as you are charged for sending the new parcel but also for receiving the old one and returning to our headquarters.
Upon receipt of the return, if we check the condition of the product, we will contact you to inform you about the progress of your request.
Money return
Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request.
